Admiral FBI Porbeni, is a professional Navigator and Underwater Diver, graduated from the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna in 1967. He is a Commander of the Federal Republic ( CFR) and the current Romanian Consul General in the Niger Delta Region. Admiral Porbeni also serves on the board of many companies.
